Draco Gifts specialises in custom-made and personalised products, including but not limited to:
- Laser-engraved items
- Custom text and name products
- Photo-based engraved items
- Decorative and gift items made to order
All products are made specifically according to customer instructions.
3. Ordering Process
- Orders are placed through the website.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted text, names, dates, and uploaded images are accurate and correct.
- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. Proofs & Design Approval
- If a digital proof or preview is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, layout, and details carefully.
- Approval confirms acceptance of the design.
- Draco Gifts is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in EUR (€).
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
- Draco Gifts reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Production Time
- Standard production time is 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
- Production times may vary during peak periods or due to material availability.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the European Union only.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier.
- Draco Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks within the EU, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
IMPORTANT – CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Under EU consumer law, custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore:
- No returns or refunds are accepted for personalised or custom-made items unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect due to our error
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, images, text, and branding are the property of Draco Gifts unless stated otherwise.
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any images or text submitted for custom products.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Minor variations in colour, material, engraving depth, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
- Draco Gifts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship within the European Union only.
- Processing time: 2–5 working days
- Delivery times depend on destination and courier.
